I like efficiency and I find organisation calming. If the wheel is already invented, why reinvent it? Rather, just add a tweak here and there - for efficiency. I have gratefully learnt 'better' practices from the experience of others and now you can read on to enjoy my paying the favour forward...

Onions
These freeze very well so when you are chopping up an onion for dinner, try chopping double the amount and freezing the 'overs'. It will save you prepping (and crying) time on another day.
